Sorry I cant offer exchanges or allow returns if you've changed your mind or dont like the item. All my products have clear photos and descriptions so that you know exactly what you're buying beforehand.
Postal breakages dealt with on case by case basis I may offer repair/ replace or store credit voucher i or nz post may also ask for return of item and any proof you have eg photos
If the worst case scenario happens and your parcel disappears after it has been tracked and delivered to your property sorry there will be no cover is available for this, that should be referred to nz police
REFUND/RETURN/REPLACEMENT POLICY-If the item is broken or not working steps will be taken to rectify this with you either by replacement ,repair or store credit any shipping will be at my cost.
